- Carole Smith, a psychoanalyst by training, addresses her article (linked below) to professionals within the fields of medicine, neuroscience, and psychiatry, though the article is accessible to the lay reader. She accurately describes for the reader the situation involving the secret use of technologies of neuroscience, and electromagnetic fields, and involuntary citizens, reporting gruesome details of experiments that boarder on, or come so close to defining sadistic practices by groups who are accountable to no one. Written in 2003, she more than alerts the reader to threats that one rarly finds voiced.
