明晰的军事威胁 or TRANSPARENCY OF THE MILITARY THREAT ( pinyin: mingxi de junshi weixie)
Firmly and with confidence and evidence, this blogger can stand by and can support any professional’s or investigator’s claim that US military, intelligence or private outsourced agency misuse of highly classified technologies to menace individual citizens. The use and misuse obstruction of the duties of law enforcement, and the fuctions of institutions for the testing of these technologies is unbecoming of a nation that espouses democratic values and the rule of law.

These 茶树 blogs all concern the already deployed, highly advanced arsenal of weapons systems and technologies (see Begich and others on link page) that
- Exploit aerospace
- Exploit radio frequencies, and electromagnetic fields of energy .
- Exploit neuroscience, meaning they have more than just the potential to effect the human mind, and manipulate behavior.
Concerning the Topic of Military’s Exploitation of Neuroscience
茶树 believes that the more than numerous accounts of so called mind control victims (and gang stalking) on the internet are in fact misinformation that in such a volume create a genre of quesi-accurate reporting of the symptoms and inflictions of such operations, but by way of the number of individuals who blog as victims, and the countless websites of victims would indicate mass violations throughout the population of the US. This may be a cover by the agency doing these.
All such accounts cannot be confirmed. The fact that an accumulation of reports to offices of the public, legal and law enforcement and justices would more than alert these respective authorities, and menace them to no end. Conclusions have been made here that such reports are fictions to create a mythic conspiracy realm on the internet for a number of goals.
Goals aimed at the general public and any real victims, may include harassing true victims by way of phony victims on forums. Also, for intelligence agencies conducting operations using these technologies on unwitting civilians to create an unbelievable arena for the general public who will write off the entire topic as ‘crazy’, or derived from fantastic and far fetched imaginations is not out of possibility. This can be done by making fake websites, using individuals etc..
Another goal in this might be to create the fiction that the real victim is powerless due to the abundance of victims, and deadlock that these supposed victims have in alerting law enforcement, political figures and justice departments.
Thus stated, any violation of the Nuremberg Code of Ethics on Human Testing (http://ohsr.od.nih.gov/guidelines/nuremberg.html ), UN Covenant of Human Rights found in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ( http://www.hrweb.org/legal/undocs.html ) calls for immediate attention by officials elected or assigned to positions of authority here in the United States. Torture is being conducted in our society, under the auspices of testing these weapons systems and technologies.
The greater or wider threat that the actual deployed capabilities now present undercut humanist premises regarding sovereignty of mind and body, as the technologies referred to here are today able to interfere with, intercept information of, individuals within populations of varying locales. Sovereign nations and human life may be affected by these as we speak. Disclosure the technologies that pose an unprecedented threat is needed. European Parliament reports and callsfor ban of such weapons (1.) and according to Begich, Russia federal law already has established concerns for this threat, though the US has only seen the Department of Defense and other agencies stifle and fear the exposure and implementation of laws regarding these technologies and weapons (See Kucinich Bill HR 2977: 3.)
ABOUT: 茶树 has studied to the post graduate level with success, and has observed and experienced diverse life, and socio-political and economic realities in many regions and locales.
茶树 believes that influence by individuals or groups using these technologies to menace individuals has no legitimatation beyond satisfying corrupt desires based on bringing cruelty to others, and controlling and exploiting for this purpose, institutions, professionals, common citizens, as well as law enforcement.
There has been a great effort, to this writers knowledge, to cover operations by people who are using classified US military technologies for heinous and cruel purposes, that fall under the defined of torture, and include crimes that most people would risk arrest if they committed them. Such crimes extends from fraud of varying kinds and degrees, to ongoing petty theft and administering drugs without consent.
Covering these crimes and misleading the victim by way of creating inauthetic information on the internet is more than evident. These operations reveal that the laws as well as insitutions of the United States are being undermined by a military and intelligence community who are (have been) able to exercise hidden operations with vast resources and control of local law enforcement. Tea Tree is an effort to address this reality.
