Term: non-lethal weapons ( D.): A broad category of weapons including systems that use radio frequency, energy based sources, to effect the human organism in particular ways, from a distance, and able to be undetected by the subject or target.  Also called information warfare, electromagnetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, they have been researched for years. Based on research combining neuro-physiology and aerospace, the term psychotronic specifically aims at identifying technologies and weapons systems that have been researched for controlling the human mind and manipulating behavior ( D.). This term has been used by Democratic Rep. of Ohio Dennis Kucinich in his bill HR 2977 (7.) as well as others, who have sought debate, and to protect and warn the public of the threat these weapons pose. This threat is an unprecedented one for the goals seem to be founded on premises that are antithetical to the tenets of social and political practices that have evolved since the enlightenment, the French Revolution and the founding of the United States. “The development over the last decades since the Cold War arms race has included as a major strategic category, psycho-electronic weaponry, the ultimate aim of which is to enter the brain and mind.” (4. EU Parlaiment) That my friends is certain to afford the operators of these weapon and technology systems the ability to violate intellectual property rights (as Smith’s article denotes), unseen covert torture by sadistic elements within intelligence (4. Smith; 5. Phillips/Sonoma University; 6. Miller), and perhaps the control to one extent or another of entire populations. (footnotes 1. and 8: Begich).   

In the news in recent years are reports of breakthroughs in neuroscience, brainwave detection, mind reading, and all that these offer to medicine and the healing sciences, but these reports only confirm that medicine is far behind what military researchers in neuroscience have already accomplished. In articles such as Brain Technology in the Furture(F.), and others found frequently in journals like New Scientist, the public is misled in that the military has long researched these technologies in secrecy, and are way ahead of medicine, with goals that fall far from benefiting human kind.    

A long sought after quest, by our military and intelligence, to manipulate the human mind, but more accurately, control to one extent or another, entire populations, seems science fiction for most people, but the history of the science of neurology has been mingling with military and intelligence, as well as astrophysics and psychology for decades (4. ; Military Science and the Human Brain). This seems to follow the goals that fueled the notorious illegal human experimentation by psychiatrists funded by the CIA during the 1960s and much of the seventies (3. Ross, CIA Doctors). Today, voices are being heard concerning the undisclosed technology systems and hidden operations, as well as an ill-fated hidden promise these psychotronic weapons holds for society.  

In an article entitled We are Moving Ever Closer to an Era of Mind Control (E.), Steve Rose, writing for The Observer states: quote “In the current legislative climate, where there have been attempts to introduce pre-emptive detention for ‘psychopaths’ who have not yet been convicted of any crime, such claims need to be addressed critically. They are and will be resisted by the judiciary, but recent developments suggest that this may be a frail defense against an increasingly authoritarian state.” (E.) With the advent of technologies supposedly able to detect behavior tends of individuals, using psychopath detection may be excuse, or legitimating factor that legislators will use to attempt to bring this technology into wide use, without addressing the loss of privacy, and the ethics of sovereignty of mind.  This tenor is echoed in Carole Smith’s piece (4.), where she identifies cruel operations being used on unsuspecting innocent citizens as being ‘just the beginning’ of possible citizen wide applications for this technology.  The irony here is that given the clear defining elements of these mind invasive technology experiments, one can clearly see that these exercises exhibit the sadistic cruelty, and may even be correctly interpreted as the work of  psychopathic minds. Such is not out of step with what one can find in reports (3. Ross; 4. Smith; 5. Phillips, Brown, Thornton) as well as what one might gather from reported claims. The absence of any public disclosure of these experiments as well as debate regarding the uses of these technologies does seem out of step with democratic values, and established law and order.               

The words of Dr. Nick Begich (1), concluding, so to speak, what he has discovered in his research as one focused on technologies that can effect the human mind: “Technologies for stimulating the brain and controlling the mind can have benefits, but they have a dark side that military and intelligence planners have been exploiting for decades.” These words are found in an article entitled ‘The Brave New World of Mind Control’ ( 8. ) Carole Smith, UK psychoanalyst, states in presentation at the International Intelligence Ethics Association conference in 2007 that State instituted regulations and acts, to quote ”resulted in the non-consensual (and non-acknowledged) use of citizens to develop technology for national security.” ( 4. Such professional voices on this topic are very few, and this is pointed indication that should highlight possible censorship directly or indirectly within journalism, academia, and the sciences. Thus stated, the internet does not have a deficit of sources on the topic of so called ‘mind control’ . Searching Google with words such as covert harassment; electromagnetic mind control; CIA mind control; electronic harassment and this retrieves thousands of sources, but the mere abundance of sources on such topics is suspect, and may be misinformation to bury any authoritative and professional voices on the issue, such as the reader will find referenced here on this blog.

CUTTING THROUGH INTERNET SATURATION

The internet is saturated with global mind control topics, exposure of new developments for non-lethal energy based weapons for battle, but cutting through all the fat on the internet takes effort. The references used to write the information here, extends from USAF documents to published and known professionals from a number of fields. The capabilities exist today, and the possibility exists to effect individuals and populations without there knowledge or consent. A military facility in Alaska goes by the name of HAARP. It is a generator of radio waves, the largest in the world, and the work done by Dr. Nick Begich and others working with him, has revealed not conspiracy entertainment for Hollywood movies, but serious realities regarding HAARP (9.), from environmental damage, threats to human and biological life in general, to the abilities that extend from effecting or controlling people to having first strike capabilities in large energy bursts.

VIOLATIONS human rights declarations

As you, the visitor to this blog reads what is written and referenced here, becoming familiar with factual historic of atrocities committed by the United States Military and Intelligence is key to understanding something hidden, but very real (C. EU confirms US illegal human testing). Within the history of these experiments found are gross violations and breaches of law devised and placed into worldwide recognition after the Geneva Convention in 1949 ( http://www.hrweb.org/legal/cpr.html#Article 7 ), and the Nuremberg Trails that began with a the drafting to resolve through judiciary hearings the crimes of Nazi Germany in 1942 (Nuremberg Code http://ohsr.od.nih.gov/guidelines/nuremberg.html). Today, in fact the United States has a hidden count of violations due to medical and radiation research, as well as what is correctly termed mind control, or experiments aimed at understanding methods by which to undercut the sovereignty of the human mind and physiology.  (5. Thus stated, beyond the unwitting test subject being affected by these remote weapon systems the deployed existence of the infrastructure and their capabilities, is an unprecedented threat to sovereign nations, and individuals, as noted by European Parliament. In 1999, the European Parliament, in Resolution A4-0005/99 ( B), states the following: ”27. Calls for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings;” (B. Pg. 5 A4-0005/99 PDF linked footnote below) This quote is from a report on environment, security and foreign policy. The closest that any US politician has come to acknowledging these mind invasive technologies, and the threat they present is Dennis Kucinich, in his HR 2977 Bill, the Space Preservation Act. The first draft of this bill made clear what the technologies and capabilities were, meaning clearing stating the threat (7.  Read the bill in full below).

The US military and intelligence are in fact using unwitting subjects in remote technology experiments based on neuroscience, physics, and aerospace technologies (5. Phillips, Brown, Thornton, pgs. 36-37 footnote 138; 4. Smith), thus highlighting ongoing breaches by the US military and intelligence, of the Nuremberg Code (footnote A.) and US CODE: Title 18, Chapter 113C TORTURE. These experiments are to extend the knowledge of controlling individuals, and manipulating behaviors, which in fact might be operations that are auxiliary to a greater agenda of controlling entire populations, as some professionals note ( Smith; 5.Phillips, Brown, Thornton; 1. Begich). These exercises seem to be based on cruelty, extended infliction of pain, and go well beyond seeking control (see Smith article footnote 4).

Brain Sciences and the Military

What do these long established hidden human experiments mean to the general public and the greater population?  To quote Dr. Nick Begcih, “Without oversight, these weapons will a government to have absolute control” ( footnote 5. pg. 35, Phillips, Brown, Thornton) Twenty years earlier, in 1985, Robert O. Becker, in his classic book entitled The Body Electric, stated in regards to the marriage between the science of neurology and physics of electromagnetism ”Eventual monitoring of evoked potentials from the EEG, combined with radio frequency and microwave broadcasts designed to produce specific thoughts or moods, such as compliance and complacency, promises a method of mind control that poses immense danger to all societies-tyranny without terror.” (2. Becker, pg. 320).  In an excellent piece displaying important developments in the science of aforementioned Richard Alan Miller may give a clear warning to us all as he writes” ……there is strong evidence that this technology is being developed toward global mind control.” In Synthetic Telepathy and Early Mind Wars ( 6. Miller, page 7.  ), Miller, with knowledge of military research, goes on to say that the US Military and Intelligence, or the entities this technology is under stewardship have the potential to dilate the parameter of the energy fields to all the world. He alludes to a denial by the US government of evidence that they plan to deploy such technologies in ranges that are able to affect the entire globe (6. Miller).

Dr. Nick Begich (1.), along with the written works of Dr. Robert Becker (2.), Colin A. These capabilities have become manifested in at least some operations that can confirm as real ( 5. This concerns this writer, as some of the information presented in some United States Air force documents relates to technologies that are evidently being used, not for military purposes, but to exercise the capabilities in ways that menace individual citizens. USAF 2025 Report, Human systems and the Brain, and Human Computer Interaction, clearly shows the existence of, or intent to develop, processes to integrate the human brain with computers, by way of frequency. Presently, from the research of this writer, capabilities already exist, but are highly classified. Delivered by either satellite, or over the horizon radar, as well as ionosphere exploiting systems (see Begich HAARP). To quote, “a seamless flow of information between human and computer”. The extensive military communications system and radar that has existed in the US for decades may very well have provided the source for delivery of remote behavioral influence transmissions, since the 1950s. Declassified documents from the CIA indicate as fact that the National Institute of Health was the site distributing money to Maitland Baldwin, for MK Ultra subproject 62, in 1956, for researching radio frequency stimulation of the brains of primates. 5. Peter Phillips, Lew Brown, Bridget Thornton,  of Sonoma State University completed a very impressive and vital study consisting of great political scope and historical. It now is a project consisting of private corporations (E systems / Raytheon: see Begich Angel’s Don’t Play This HAARP), the US military and intelligence agencies, as well as a number of Universities, most notably, the University of Alaska. The ionosphere has for several decades been exploited to bounce radio frequencies off it and back down to earth, like a tennis ball bouncing off of a low ceiling, it will return to the ground furthering the distance. This is known as over the horizon radar. HAARP’s capabilities extend to all of earths surfaces. Tomography for the earth, or x-raying the earth, is one of its capabilities, in which techniques based on electromagnetism are able to pass through solid material for surveillance. The website for HAARP is quite deceptive in that it is made to look like a research project for gaining knowledge about uses of the ionosphere for communications. In fact, it is known by scientists that it holds promise for tectonic manipulations (making earth quakes) as well as altering whether and climate (see Begich and).   Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) in his Space Preservations Act (HR 2977) makes reference to the term exotic weapon. The patents related to HAARP, along with research or investigations by N. Begich and others reveals a vast array of functions and capabilities of HAARP, with downsides that it may adversely affect environments, ecosystems, bird migrations. Having abilities for directed affects aimed individuals and groups within the human population, it is said to be capable of producing desired effects to neurological physiological functioning. Robert O. Becker, MD, stated in his 1985 book Body Electric that speculations by investigative journalists had it that the CIA, as early as middle 1970s was operating mind control programs by way of over the horizon radar ( Becker chapter 15, see Operation Pique). HAARP’s uses and operations are shrouded in secrecy, and without disclosures, studies, and debates concerning of possible hazards to environment and human or biological health, the military and private corporate contractors and owners of the HAARP ‘project’ are accountable to no one. It is said that the US Department of Defense, the Pentagon, and branches of the intelligence and military are using it. If these uses go beyond submarine communications and other forms of military radar needs, one can more than speculate, given the Begich findings, that operations of a nefarious or negative nature are being done, from behavior experiments to whether and tectonic manipulations. After reading reports by respected scientist one can correctly call HAARP the following: a weapon; a communications system; a climate and environmental manipulation device.
